Muffin Tin Eggs

1 Carton Egg Substitute (any flavour)

1 Cup Diced Peppers (I mix red, orange, yellow & green)

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Grease a the cups of a muffin tin.
  • Divide the egg substitute evenly in each muffin cup.
  • Divide the peppers into each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 25 min.
